Privacy notice
Issuer Financing collects only what an enquiry needs: the name, email address and message you send through the enquiry form or by email, and aggregate analytics about how pages are used. The form posts to this domain rather than to a third-party form processor. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising, and no profiling or automated decision-making happens.

Data-protection questions and rights requests go to the same address. Switzerland is the subject of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, so personal data may be transferred here from the European Economic Area without further safeguards.
What is collected, and why
Three categories, and nothing else. The site has one enquiry form, which posts to an endpoint on this domain, and no account system, no login, no newsletter and no payment processing, so the form, email and the server itself are the only channels through which personal data reaches us. Submitting the form also writes a short-lived rate-limit marker keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address; it holds a timestamp only, never message content, and is discarded after a minute.

Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. Two third-party services load from other origins: Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure page views, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page, which checks that a submission is from a person rather than a bot. There is no advertising network, no remarketing tag, no social widget, no embedded video and no third-party form-handling service. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are all served from this domain.
You can block analytics with a browser setting, an extension, or Google's own opt-out browser add-on. Blocking it changes nothing about how the site works for you. Blocking Turnstile will stop the enquiry form from submitting; the mailto path on the contact page still works.
Who else touches it
Three processors, and no more: the hosting provider, the analytics provider, and Cloudflare (Turnstile on the enquiry form only — the verification token, not the message body). Your enquiry email is also handled by whichever mail provider serves info@issuerfinancing.com, in the ordinary way that email works. There is no separate form processor: the enquiry form posts to an endpoint on this domain and the message is emailed to the same mailbox. None of these is permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Nothing is sold, rented, or provided to data brokers or advertisers.
Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
International transfers
Because the hosting, mail and analytics providers operate internationally, your data may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers rely on the safeguards those regimes recognise, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights in the EEA and the United Kingdom
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you may ask for access to your personal data, correction of it, deletion of it, restriction of processing, and portability of what you gave us. Where processing rests on legitimate interests you may object to it, and where it rests on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what was done before.
Email info@issuerfinancing.com to exercise any of these. We do not charge for a request and will respond within the period the law allows. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority, in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office.
Your rights in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, request correction or deletion, and be free from discrimination for exercising any of those rights. The categories we handle are identifiers and professional information, as set out in the table above.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Requests go to the same address, and we will verify them by replying to the email you contacted us from.
Automated decisions and profiling
None. Every enquiry is read by a person. Nothing on this site scores, ranks or profiles you, and no decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made by automated means.
Children
This site addresses officers and advisers of listed companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict transport-security policy. Email, however, is not end-to-end encrypted by default, and no transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. Please do not send material non-public information or confidential documents in a first email. Send a short note instead and we will agree a secure route, and a non-disclosure agreement if one is needed, before any detail changes hands.
